Inaugurated in May 2008 as a limited liability company under the laws of Haiti VERTIKAL S.A. has its registered office at 293 Rue de L’Enterrement, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The company’s main purpose of operations is demolition, land preparation, construction of schools, roads housing projects, and irrigation systems. VERTIKAL S.A. is a construction company actively working in the rebuilding of Haiti. The principals have over 15 years of experience in the field.

VERTIKAL S.A. owns a large fleet of equipment, such as loaders, excavators backhoes, skid-steers, loaders, and trucks. After the earthquake of 2010 much of this equipment was also used for rubble removal in conjunction with BESUCO’s sister company, HALOSA. Financing of rubble removal contracts were secured through non-governmental organizations operating in Haiti including USAID CHF.
